నాకు ఎప్పటికీ ఇష్టమైన రాక్ అండ్ రోల్ స్టార్ యు.జి. కృష్ణమూర్తి. ఈ మనిషే నిజమైన రాక్ స్టార్. అతని పాటలు మీ మెదడు లోతుల్లోకి, మీ హృదయంలోని అంతరాళాల్లోకి చొచ్చుకుపోతాయి. అతని పాటలు కత్తుల్లా, మీ ముసుగులన్నింటినీ, మీ నమ్మకాలన్నింటినీ, మీరు ఎవరని భావిస్తారో, మీకు ఏమి తెలుసని అనుకుంటారో, అన్నింటినీ అంతం చేస్తూ బూడిదగా మారుస్తాయి. 

“Get lost, stay lost" అనే శీర్షికతో ఉన్న అతని ఆల్బమ్ వింటే.. వినడం మొదలుపెట్టిన క్షణం నుంచి, నీవు తప్పిపోతావు మిత్రమా…నీకు ఏ మాత్రం అవకాశమే ఉండదు…నీవు ఎవరైనా సరే, అడవిలో తప్పిపోతావు. నీ నాడులు, నీ కణాలు, నీ అవయవాలన్నీ నృత్యం చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టేస్తాయి. అవి ఎందుకు నాట్యం చేస్తాయో ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. కానీ అవి చేస్తాయి. ఇంతకు ముందు ఎన్నడూ లేనంతగా.. ఒక వెర్రి, అందమైన నృత్యం. అది నీ శరీరం తిరిగి వచ్చిన చోటికి వెళ్లే వరకు నీతో ఉంటుంది. ప్రపంచంలోని ఎన్ని మత్తుమందులు (డ్రగ్స్) ఉన్నా ఈ యు.జి. అనే ఈ రాక్ స్టార్‌తో పోల్చలేవు. నీ ప్రయాణాలు, నీ దర్శనాలు, నీ అనుభవాలు అన్నీ పిల్లల ఆటలే… యు.జి. ముందు అవన్నీ తుడిచిపెట్టుకు పోతాయి. యు.జి.కృష్ణమూర్తి మాత్రమే తన చివరి రోజు వరకు 24/7 హైలో ఉండే ఏకైక రాక్ స్టార్! కొకైన్, హెరాయిన్, కెటమిన్, డిఎమ్‌టి, ఎల్‌ఎస్‌డి…. ఏదీ యు.జి. కృష్ణమూర్తి ఇచ్చే మత్తును ఇవ్వలేవు! అతని ఏకైక మత్తుమందు… కచ్చితమైన, సహజమైన, ముడి, సేంద్రీయ, ప్రకృతిసిద్ధమైన, ముసుగు లేని, ఉగ్రమైన, స్వచ్ఛమైన రూపంలో ఉన్న జీవితం. క్షణం నుంచి క్షణానికి, సెకను నుంచి సెకనుకు, ఎప్పుడూ కొత్తగా, తాజాగా ఉండే జీవితం. ఆలోచనలతో, డిస్ట్రాక్షన్లతో, భయంతో, ఆశతో, మంచి-చెడులతో కలుషితం కాని జీవితం. అది ఒక స్వచ్ఛమైన స్వర్ణధారలా…ఎప్పుడూ తన వద్ద ఉన్నదంతా ఇస్తూ, అవసరం లేని దాన్ని తీసేసేది.

ప్రేమ, కరుణ అనేవి కేవలం పదాలు మాత్రమే. ఈ పదాల వెనుక నిలిచి ఉన్నదే జీవితం. ఆ జీవితం పాట పాడుతోంది యు.జి. రూపంలో — ఈ భూమి మీద ఇప్పటి వరకూ నడిచిన గొప్ప రాక్ స్టార్‌లా. నీషే సూపర్‌మ్యాన్ యు.జి. పాట వింటూ తల ఊపుతున్న చిన్న పిల్లాడిలా మారిపోతాడు. నా ఇష్టమైన రాక్ అండ్ రోల్ స్టార్ యు.జి. కృష్ణమూర్తి.

My all time favourite rock and roll star, U.G. Krishnamurti. This man is the one true rock star. His songs penetrate the deepest part of your brain, of your heart, his songs are knives cutting endlessly through all your masks , through all your beliefes, who you think you are, what you think you know, everything is reduced to ashes by his singing. 'Get lost, stay lost' is the title of his album, the moment you start listening to it, you will get lost my friend, you have no chance, it doesn't matter who you are, you will get lost in the jungle and all your neurons, all your cells, your organs start dancing and no one one can say why do they dance, but they do, like never before. A mad and beautiful dance wich will stay with you till your body will go back where it came from. All the drugs in the world can not compare to this rock star called UG, all your trips, all your visions, all your experiences are babies, they vanish in front of UG. The only rock star who was high 24/7 till his last day; cocaine, heroin, ketamin, DMT, LSD, nothing will give you the high of UG Krishnamurti. His only drug was raw, organic, unfiltered, unmasked, brutal, in its purest form - LIFE. From moment to moment, second to second, ever new, ever fresh, not polluted by thoughts, by distractions, by fear, by hope, by good and bad, but only life like a fountain of pure gold, ever giving all it has & ever taking all that's not needed. Love and compassion are merely words, behind these words stands life, stands UG singing his song like the greatest rock star who ever walked on this earth. Nietzsche's Superman is a little boy listening and shaking his head to the music of UG Krishnamurti. My favourite rock and roll star.
