మీరు మీరే కావాలంటే

 మనిషికి కావలసింది తన వ్యక్తిగత గతం నుంచి మాత్రమే కాకుండా, మానవజాతికి సంబంధించిన మొత్తం గతం నుంచి తనను తాను విముక్తి కావడం. అంటే, ప్రతి మనిషి ముందు మీరు ఆలోచించిన, అనుభవించిన దాని నుంచి మీకుగా మీరు బయిటపడాలి. అప్పుడే మీరు మీరే కావడం సాధ్యమవుతుంది. నేను ప్రజలతో మాట్లాడడానికి సంబంధించి మొత్తం ఉద్దేశ్యం ప్రతి వ్యక్తి  ప్రత్యేకతను ఎత్తి చూపడం. సంస్కృతి లేదా నాగరికత లేదా మీరు ఏది పిలిచినా అది ఎల్లప్పుడూ మిమ్మల్ని ఒక చట్రంలో అమర్చడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుంది. మనిషి అస్సలు మనిషి కాదు.. అతనిని 'ప్రత్యేకమైన జంతువు' అని పిలుస్తాను ... సంస్కృతి భారం ఉన్నంత కాలం మనిషి ప్రత్యేకమైన జంతువుగా ఉంటాడు."

      It is just not possible to establish any relationship with anything around you including your near and dear ones except on the level of what you can get out of the relationship. You see, the whole thing springs from this separation or isolation that human beings live in today. We are isolated from the rest of creation. the rest of life around us. We all live in individual frames. We try to establish a relationship at the level of, `What do I get out of that relationship?` We use others to try and fill this viod that is created as a result of our isolation.

We always want to fill this emptiness, this void, with all kinds of relationships with people around us. That is really the problem. We have to use enverything---an idea, a person, anything we can get hold of --to establish relationships with others. Without relationships we are lost and we don`t see any meaning, we don`t see any purpose. This is because your only interest is to create a purposeful and meaningful relationship with the individuals and world around you. Therefore, you want to understand the reality of the world but there is nothing to understand. There is no such thing as reality at all. Anything you do to understand the reality of the world is not going to be useful , helpful or meaningful.

             WE are not honest, decorous and decent enough to admit that all relationships are built on the fuoundation of, " What do I get out of this relationship?" It is nothing but mutual gratification. If that is absent no relationship is possible. You keep the relationship going for social reasons or for reasons of children, property and security. All this is part and parcel of the relationship business but when it fails and does not give us what we really want we superimpose on it what we call love. So it is just not possible to have any relationship on any basis except on the level of mutual gratification.

         What an an amount of energy we are putting into making our relationship into a loving thing! It is a battle , a war. It is like preparing yourself all the time for war hoping that there will be peace, eternal peace, or this or that. you are tired of this battle and you even settle for that horrible, non-loving relationship. And you hope and dream one day it will be nothing but love, "Love thy neighbor as thyself". In the name of that how many millions of people have been killed ? More than all the recent wars put together. How can you ove thy neighbor as thyself? It is just not possible. Obviously, otherwise why are so many people , women , children and helpless people killed.

 వినడంలో ప్రేరణ, జ్ఞాపకశక్తి, గుర్తింపు, అనువాదం, ఆలోచన మొదలైనవి ఉంటాయి. శక్తి హరించుకుపోతుంది!

సమాధానాలే సమస్యలు

 "యుజీ సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారం చూపడంలో ఆసక్తి చూపడు. పరిష్కారమే సమస్య అని ఎత్తిచూపడమే చేస్తారు.  మనకు ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న సమాధానాల నుంచి 'ప్రశ్నలు' పుట్టాయి. 

 మన సంప్రదాయం నుంచి మనం గ్రహించిన సమాధానాలే ప్రశ్నలకు మూలం.  ఆ సమాధానాలు నిజమైన సమాధానాలు కావు. 

సమాధానాలు నిజమైనవి అయితే, ప్రశ్నలు సవరించని, లేదా సవరించిన రూపంలో ఉండవు. కానీ ప్రశ్నలు మాత్రం అలాగే ఉన్నాయి. మన సంప్రదాయంలో అన్ని సమాధానాలు ఉన్నప్పటికీ, మనం ఇప్పటికీ భగవంతుడు, జీవిత పరమార్దం  మొదలైన వాటి గురించి ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతు న్నాం. అందువల్లే యు.జి. చెబుతోంది సమాధానాలే సమస్య అని.

   He is not interested in offering solutions to problems. His concern is to point out that the solution is the problem! As he often observes, "The questions are born out of the answers that we already have." The source of the 

questions is the answers we have picked up from our tradition. And those answers are not genuine answers. 

the answers were genuine, the questions would not persist in an unmodified or modified form. But the questions persist. Despite all the answers in our tradition we are still asking questions about God, the meaning of life, and so on. Therefore, U.G. maintains, the answers are the problem.

   "India has a billion people. Still, I can't find a single person here who has self-respect. NATO bombs fell on the Indian embassy in Belgrade; a low - level official in the NATO Forces noted that it was "our mistake' and didn't even apologize. Then fifteen days ago , a bomb fell on the Chinese embassy, destroying it. The Chinese leaders couldn't contain their anger. The American President Cliton personally apologize to the chinese people three times in public meetings. High- level officials from the American Department of state went to china to explain in detail to the chinese leaders how the mistake had occurred. They begged the Chinese for their forgiveness. But they don't care about the Indians, because our status is so low. Let alone having any high regard for the people or leaders of this country, they just don't give a damn.

It's useless to blame this country. It doesn't have the right leadership. It needs some one like Mao Tse Tung. But there is no one here like that .Gandhi, Nehru let the country down. Later , the congress party used both of them to maintain its power; furthermore, it put the Nehru dynasty in power and thereby, did enormous treachery."

From 'Stopped in our tracks'

"భారతదేశంలో వంద కోట్ల ప్రజలు ఉన్నారు. ఇప్పటికీ, ఇక్కడ నాకు ఆత్మగౌరవం ఉన్న ఒక్క వ్యక్తి కూడా దొరకడు. బెల్‌గ్రేడ్‌లోని భారత రాయబార కార్యాలయంపై నాటో బాంబులు పడ్డాయి; నాటో దళాలలోని ఒక కింది స్థాయి అధికారి 'అది పొరపాటుగా జరిగింది' అని అన్నారు. కనీసం క్షమాపణ కూడా చెప్పలేదు . పదిహేను రోజుల క్రితం, చైనా రాయబార కార్యాలయంపై బాంబు పడి ధ్వంసం అయింది. చైనా నేతలు తమ కోపాన్ని ఆపుకోలేకపోయారు. అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు క్లింటన్ బహిరంగ సభల్లో చైనా ప్రజలకు వ్యక్తిగతంగా మూడుసార్లు క్షమాపణలు చెప్పారు. తప్పు ఎలా జరిగిందో చైనా నేతలకు వివరంగా వివరించేందుకు అమెరికా డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ ఆఫ్ స్టేట్‌కు చెందిన ఉన్నత స్థాయి అధికారులు చైనా వెళ్లారు. క్షమించాలని చైనీయులను వేడుకున్నారు. కానీ వారు భారతీయులను పట్టించుకోరు. ఎందుకంటే మన స్థాయి చాలా తక్కువ. ఆ దేశ ప్రజలు లేదా నాయకుల పట్ల మాత్రం ఉన్నతమైన గౌరవాన్ని కలిగి ఉండటమే కాకుండా ఇంత మాట కూడా అనరు.

ఈ దేశాన్ని నిందించడంలో అర్థం లేదు.. దీనికి సరైన నాయకత్వం లేదు. దీనికి మావో త్సే తుంగ్ లాంటి వాడు కావాలి. కానీ ఇక్కడ అలాంటి వారు ఎవరూ లేరు. గాంధీ, నెహ్రూ దేశాన్ని అధోగతి పాలు చేశారు. తరువాత, కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తన అధికారాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకోవడానికి వారిద్దరినీ ఉపయోగించుకుంది. ఇంకా, అది నెహ్రూ రాజవంశాన్ని అధికారంలో ఉంచింది. తద్వారా అపారమైన ద్రోహం చేసింది."

దేవుడు, ఆత్మ

 Religion, God, soul, are all just words, ideas used to keep your psychological continuity intact. When these thoughts are not there, what is left is the simple, harmonious physical functioning of the organism.
